Allpoint Hospice has been serving Southern California since 2018. We are both Medicare and MediCal certified as well as CHAP Accredited. As an established hospice provider in the community, we are able to personalize each patient’s plan of care to meet their individualized needs. About Our CEO

Jan has been at the forefront of the hospice and palliative care movement for more than 30 years and worked as an active participant on the state and national levels of hospice organizations and in government arenas. Jan has served as CEO, president, and executive of several organizations and as a board chair and member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and California Hospice and Palliative Care Association – to name a few.
